This stunning antique ruby and diamond ring has been beautifully crafted from 18 carat yellow gold. 

The ring features a central design of three old cut diamonds set vertically within a multi-claw setting. 

The diamonds are flanked on either side with 2 old cut rubies, set within an elliptical yellow gold frame.
