An 18ct gold Omega watch, with automatic 'bumper' movement, to a brown leather strap.  The dial with gold baton hour markers and Arabic numerals at 12, 3, 6 and 9 o'clock.

A 'bumper' movement has a rotor (the weighted plate that moves with the wearer's actions, providing the impetus to charge the movement) that instead of oscillating 360 degrees, moves from side to side.
