Ogden of Harrogate has re-opened our Harrogate and York shops on Tuesday 16 June
We hope that you and your loved ones continue to be safe and well during this Coronavirus pandemic.
We are delighted to announce that after twelve weeks of lockdown we have re-opened today, Tuesday 16 June.
Please rest assured that the safety of our customers and employees will always remain our chief priority, and that all possible steps are being taken to ensure that you can visit our shops in confidence. These include regular cleaning of all surfaces and stock, the provision of hand sanitising facilities and protective screens at every consultation table, and ensuring that safe distancing measures and customer capacities are fully respected.
Initially, we have opened two of our three shops: our flagship on James Street, Harrogate, and 2-6 Minster Gates in York, Tuesday to Saturday. Please do be aware that our hours have temporarily been changed to 10.30am to 4.00pm. Our full range of repairs and other services are fully available, and the on-site and fully resourced workshop is working to an express pace! Clients are also able to book consultations by appointment, either by telephone or email.

For those of you who would rather shop at home, new items from our huge and beautiful stock are being added to our website, ogdenharrogate.co.uk, every day, and we hope that you will take full advantage of our free delivery within the UK, within 2-3 working days of your order. To entice you further we have added a special voucher code to our website, so that you may enjoy a discount of 10% off any purchase. The voucher code, applicable until 30 June 2020, is Welcome Back. Just type this into the box at the check-out stage, and the discount will automatically be applied (please note this code cannot be used in conjunction with any other active promotion).
Finally, we thought we would share something beautiful from a past era, just a little younger than our family business! Many of today's most cherished jewellery techniques were developed in the Edwardian period, between 1901 and 1914. Witness the intricate openwork and calibre-cut gemstones on this stunning Edwardian diamond and sapphire bracelet.
In the meantime we would like to thank you for your continued patience and support, and wish you all the very best in these extraordinary times.
